The Ionex system is an improved continuous ion exchange and continuous chromatography device, which has all the functions and advantages of ISEP and CSEP. The Ionex system adopts a special structure of rotary distribution valve (the ion exchange column does not rotate, only the valve rotates), which can completely replace other forms of continuous ion exchange and continuous chromatographic separation systems. It not only has good performance, easy installation and maintenance, but also saves more than 30% of investment and low maintenance costs. This system is widely used in the de exchange desalination of various sugar solutions in large starch sugar factories; Separation and purification of amino acids in biological fermentation plants; Chromatographic separation of multiple components in sugar solution, etc.
